Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from Mapseo at any time. There are three levels, from narrowest to complete:

1. Disconnect a Google connection

  1. Log in and open Settings.
  2. Under the Google connection, click Disconnect.

We immediately stop all API activity for that connection and delete the stored OAuth tokens. Cached profile data, posts, and reviews associated with that connection are deleted within 30 days.

2. Revoke access from Google’s side

You can also revoke Mapseo’s access without logging in to our app: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, find Mapseo, and click Remove access. Our stored tokens stop working immediately, and we delete them and the associated Google user data during our next cleanup cycle (within 30 days).

3. Delete your entire account

Email support@mapseo.app from your account email with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will:

  • confirm the request within 2 business days;
  • delete your workspace, all connected-profile data, posts, reviews, reports, tokens, and account records within 30 days;
  • send you written confirmation when deletion is complete.

Billing records that we are legally required to retain (invoices, tax records) are kept for the statutory period and then destroyed.
