Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mapseo(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Mapseo helps businesses and agencies manage Google Business Profiles: creating and scheduling posts, drafting and publishing review replies, monitoring profiles for changes and suspensions, tracking local keyword rankings, and generating client reports. The Service uses the official Google Business Profile APIs and only performs actions on your profiles under access you explicitly grant.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including actions by team members you invite. You must have the authority to manage any Google Business Profile you connect.
3. Google account connection
- Connecting a Google account grants Mapseo the access described in our Google API Disclosure.
- You can revoke this access at any time from the app or your Google Account settings.
- Your use of Google Business Profile through the Service must comply with Google’s applicable terms and content policies. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information you publish.
4. AI-generated content
The Service drafts content (posts, review replies) using AI. You are responsible for content published to your profiles, whether published automatically under rules you configure or after your manual approval. We provide quality controls (deduplication, length limits, banned-word lists, approve-first mode) but do not guarantee any particular business outcome, including rankings.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page.
- New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial; no payment method is required. When a trial ends, automations pause and your data is retained.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; service continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- On failed payment we provide a 7-day grace period before pausing automations. We do not delete your data as a penalty.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect profiles you are not authorized to manage;
- publish unlawful, deceptive, or policy-violating content;
- use the Service to spam, scrape, or circumvent Google’s or our rate limits;
- resell the Service without a reseller agreement;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service and its software. You own your business data and the content published to your profiles. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, that Google’s APIs will remain available or unchanged, or any specific ranking, review, or reinstatement outcome. Mapseo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or profile suspensions imposed by Google.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination we delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect.
